As hosiery products are intimate apparel worn close to the body, we cannot accept returns of opened packages for hygiene and health reasons. Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt to ensure they meet your needs.

Quality-Related Returns & Exchanges

We offer full refunds or exchanges if your items have any of the following issues:

Acceptable Return/Exchange Conditions:

  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item or size received
  • Items significantly different from website description

Return/Exchange Requirements:

  • Items must remain in original, unopened packaging
  • Provide order number and photos of the issue
  • If package is opened, provide clear photos of defects as proof

    • Keep tracking number for reference
    • Return shipping costs:

      • Wrong items sent: Covered
  4. Refund Processing
    • Items inspected within 2-3 business days of receipt
    • Refund processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation
    • Refund returned to original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened products (except inherently defected product)
  • Beyond 14-day return window
  • Unable to provide order information or proof of purchase
  • Personal preference, incorrect size selection, or other non-quality reasons

Exchange Information

  • Items must meet return conditions for exchanges
  • Only exchange for equal or higher value items
  • Price difference required if new item costs more
  • Price difference refunded as account credit or refund if new item costs less
